2. User Accounts

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid Plans

Users may subscribe to monthly or yearly plans. Subscription fees:

  • Are billed in advance
  • Are non-transferable
  • May change with prior notice

Renewals

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload malicious software
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Disrupt platform operations
  • Engage in illegal activities
  • Use the service for spam or fraud
  • Reverse engineer the software

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

ServiceKhata360 is not responsible for user-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design, code, and content associated with ServiceKhata360 remain the exclusive property of ServiceKhata360.

Users may not:

  • Copy
  • Resell
  • Redistribute
  • Modify
  • Reverse engineer

the platform without written permission.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Our platform may integrate with:

  • WhatsApp Providers
  • SMS Providers
  • Email Services
  • Payment Gateways

We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or policy changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ServiceKhata360 shall not be liable for:

10. Account Suspension
